Al Dana Amphitheatre B.S.C (closed) (“ADA”) as the venue owner is dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable and enjoyable environment for its patrons. In support of this, the following conditions of entry (“Conditions of Entry”) apply to entT4 Fan Zone Raffle Terms and Conditions

The T4 Fan Zone Raffle (“Raffle”) is organized by Al Dana Amphitheatre (“the Organizer”) as part of the T4 Fan Zone Event. Participation in the Raffle constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1.     Raffle Period

1. The Raffle will be conducted on 14 July 2026, 15 July 2026, and 19 July 2026. The draw(s) will take place on these operating days, unless determined by the Organizer.

2.    Eligibility

1. Employees of the Organizer, participating sponsors, contractors, tenants and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3.    How to Participate

1. Eligible participants shall receive one (1) official raffle ticket upon entry.
2. Each ticket has two matching numbered sections.
3. Participants must fill out the section with their information (ID, Name, Phone Number)
4. Participants are responsible for providing accurate and active contact information.
5. The Participant keeps one section and places the completed matching section into the official raffle drum.
6. Only original tickets issued by the Organizer are valid. Photocopied, altered, damaged or duplicate tickets are invalid.
7. Raffle entries are valid only for the day on which they are submitted. All raffle entries will be cleared at the end of each event day, and a new raffle draw will be conducted using entries collected on the respective day. Entries are not carried forward to subsequent event days.

4.    Draws and Winner Selection

1. Winners will be selected manually at random from the official drum under the supervision of Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
2. Draws will take place at the announced time during the T4 Fan Zone.
3. Draws will be conducted publicly to ensure fairness and transparency.
4. Winners will be announced via the Master of Ceremonies.
5. Winners must present the original matching raffle ticket with a valid identification document (CPR/Passport Copy).
6. Winners must claim their prize within fifteen (15) minutes of announcement unless otherwise advised by the Organizer following a notification to, and approval by, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
7. Unclaimed prizes may be re-drawn following a notification to, and approval by, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
8. Lost raffle tickets cannot be replaced.

5.    Prizes and Redemption

1. Tier 1 Prize (Grand Prize): Two (2) Hyundai Accent 2026 SE – One vehicle will be drawn on 15 July 2026, and the second vehicle will be drawn on 19 July 2026.
2. Tier 2 Prizes: Winners will receive prizes and/or vouchers valued at higher than BHD 150
3. Tier 3 Prizes: Winners will receive prizes and/or vouchers valued at less than BHD 150
4. The winner of the Tier 1 Prize shall be solely responsible for all costs associated with vehicle registration, insurance, and any other charges incurred following the transfer of ownership.
5. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if required following a notification to, and approval by, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.

6.    Fraud and Disqualification

1. The Organizer reserves the right to verify ticket authenticity and disqualify participants suspected of fraud, tampering, misconduct, or breach of these Terms and Conditions following a notification to, and approval by, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
2. Fraudulent multiple entries may result in disqualification.

7.    Publicity and Consent

1. By entering the raffle, the participant agrees that the Organizer may photograph or record the prize presentation and use their name and image for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
2. Participation in the T4 Fan Zone Raffle constitutes acceptance of these Official Terms and Conditions.

8.    Liability & Right to Amend

1. The Organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or illegible raffle tickets, operational interruptions, or any tax obligations associated with prizes.
2. The Organizer’s decision regarding all matters relating to the Raffle, including winner selection and eligibility, shall be final and binding.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, postpone, or cancel the raffle due to operational, legal, safety, or unforeseen circumstances following a notification to, and approval by, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.

9.    Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes arising in connection with the Raffle shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
